Hot Tub Removal in Yuba City & the Yuba-Sutter Area
Serving Yuba, Sutter, Placer & Sacramento counties.
Hot tubs are one of the toughest things to get rid of — heavy, often wired and plumbed in, and usually tucked into a backyard with limited access. We cut them down on site and carry every piece out, obstacles and all.

How hot tub removal works with DKB
A typical hot tub weighs several hundred pounds empty and rarely fits through a side gate in one piece. Rather than tearing out fences or renting equipment, we cut the shell and cabinet into manageable sections right where it sits and carry the pieces out by hand. That's how we get spas out of backyards with narrow gates, steps, landscaping and patio furniture in the way.
To keep things quick, drain the tub ahead of time and switch off its breaker. If you can't, let us know when you book. Once it's out, we clean up the pad area so you're left with a usable space, not a pile of foam and broken panels. The price covers the breakdown, hauling and disposal, and we confirm it before we start.
Hot Tub Removal FAQ
How much does hot tub removal cost?
It depends on the size of the spa and how hard it is to get out, which is why we ask for a photo of the tub and the path to the street. Your quote covers the on-site breakdown, hauling and disposal, and we confirm it before any work starts.
Do I need to drain the hot tub before you come?
Yes, please drain it and shut off the power at the breaker ahead of time if you can. If that's a problem, tell us when you book and we'll work it out.
Can you get a hot tub out of a backyard with a narrow gate?
Usually, yes. We cut the tub into sections on site so the pieces fit through gates, side yards and even through a garage. Tight access is a large part of the hot tub work we do.
