How garage cleanout works with DKB
Garages across the valley tend to become the overflow room for everything: the old fridge, the exercise bike, the boxes from the last move, the lawn mower that stopped running years ago. Our Central Valley summers don't help, since a hot garage is exactly where things get stored and forgotten. We pull it all out, let you make the calls on anything you're unsure about, and load the rest.
You don't need to sort or bag anything before we arrive. Point out what stays, and we handle the rest, from heavy shelving and old furniture to bags of yard debris. Some items like tires and paint have special disposal rules, so mention them when you book and we'll tell you what we can take. When we're done we sweep the floor so the space is ready to use.
Garage Cleanout FAQ
Do I need to sort or box things before a garage cleanout?
No. Just tell us what's staying. We do the sorting, lifting and loading, and you can make decisions on anything you're unsure about as we go.
Can you take paint, tires or chemicals?
Some of those have special disposal rules, and we can't haul hazardous chemicals or wet paint. Ask when you book and we'll tell you what we can take and point you to the right drop-off for the rest.
How long does a garage cleanout take?
Most single-car and two-car garages are cleared in one visit, often in a few hours. A packed garage with heavy items may take a bit longer.
